ORDER INFORMATION

Order Processing - Orders are processed Monday through Friday subject to product availability and credit card approval. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. All order status communication is done via e-mail. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once you have completed the order verification process. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the shipper. We will contact you via email if there is an issue with completing your order. 

Placing Order Tips - We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Out-of-stock items will usually arrive in 20-30 business days.

Tax Information - Cyberspace T-Shirts is located in California and by law we are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped within California. Orders shipped within California will be taxed at a rate of 7.75%, the current sales tax rate for the city of Irvine, California. Orders shipped outside the state of California will not be charged sales tax.

Payment Methods Available - We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Your account will be charged for the amount of sale when your order is ready to ship.

Change or Cancel an Order – Once an order has been processed, it can not be cancelled or changed. 

SHIPPING

Shipping Methods Available - The following delivery options are available for domestic shipping:

UPS Ground: All US states, including Puerto Rico and US territories.

FedEx Ground: All US states, except Alaska and Hawaii.

USPS Priority Mail: Available for all 50 states including APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico and US territories. For shipping to APO/FPO addresses, use the service member’s full name and grade/rank. Include the unit and APO/FPO (Air/Army Post Office or Fleet Post Office) address with the nine-digit zip code (if one is assigned).

Shipping Times – FedEx Ground & UPS Ground (3-5 business days); USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days average).

Shipping Rates – Rates are primarily determined by the weight of the order and the distance between the destination and our location in Irvine, California. Shipping rates are available in the order checkout process. Some shipping carriers impose additional shipping charges for certain areas and zip codes that are higher than the rates displayed in the shopping cart. We reserve the right to add additional shipping charges to a cusotmer's order under those circumstances. 

International Customers – We do not accept International orders at this time.

Track Your Order – Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the shipper. 


RETURNS

Return Policy - All sales are final. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:

1) If the product is defective due to a manufacturers defect, you may return it to us for refund, credit or replacement within 14 days of purchase (invoice date). For defective items, please contact us so that we may send you a pre-paid shipping label.

2) If the product is the wrong size, it may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase (invoice date) for the correct size ($7.50 restocking fee per t-shirt/$15.00 restocking fee per hoodie). If, at our discretion, an appropriate exchange item is not available, a refund (excluding shipping charges and restocking fees) will be issued in the form of the original payment or company check. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. The exchange shipment will ship via the same method as the original order and exchange shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Process - A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained from Cyberspace T-Shirts before a return can be accepted. Please insure your return for the full value of the shipment and use signature confirmation for delivery. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in shipment. The customer assumes all responsibility for unauthorized returns. Returns shipped to us without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee - $7.50 per t-shirt; $15.00 per hoodie

Shipping - You must return the product to us unworn, unwashed, and in perfect, saleable condition. Please package the return appropriately to protect it during shipment. Products damaged in shipment are not eligible for refund, credit or exchange and the shipment may be refused. Shipping charges are NOT refundable under any circumstances.
